Online purchase

Physical Pass and Mobile Pass are available online (WEB) and offline.

When purchasing Tablet Pass, present the code/QR sent to your email and receive the pass at the designated pickup location.
When purchasing a Mobile pass, you can use it directly as a website witout recieving the pass.
When purchasing offline, you can use it directly

Fill in all information accurately and completely according to the selected option.

Online Purchase Refund Guide

You may cancel the payment within 30 days of the payment date. However, if you use tourist benefits at least once or charge/use the pass as a transportation card, the pass is activated and you cannot get a refund.
Refund is possible at the location where the pass was bought.
Lost passes are non-refundable.

Offline purchase

Gerege Ulaanbaatar Pass can be purchased directly at the designated sales office in downtown Ulaanbaatar below.
