Select the hour and quantities among 48/96/168hours passes.

Online Purchase Refund Guide

You may cancel the payment within 30days of the payment date. However, if you use tourist benefits at least once, the pass is activated and you cannot get a refund.

Offline purchase

Offline Purchase Refund Guide

You may cancel the payment within 30 days of the payment date. However, if you use tourist benefits at least once or charge/use the pass as a transportation card, the pass is activated and you cannot get a refund.
Refund is possible at the location where the pass was bought.
Lost passes are non-refundable.
