Important:
If the above methods are not available, your phone may be locked (locked) to the operator. In this case, you can use eSIM after connecting to the relevant operator.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING e-SIM
1. Turn off the main SIM card and turn on the e-SIM.

3. Data Roaming must be turned ON.
4. If the internet does not connect:
- Set APN and restart your phone.

If it does not change, set it yourself.
2. Set up:

Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile Network → Access Point Names (APN)
3. Enter the APN information.
4. Restart your phone.
CHECK BALANCE
Since our data SIM works through multiple operators in the relevant country, it is not possible to check the balance. However, you can use your mobile phone to transfer data.

You can present your physical Gerege Mongolian pass at the ticket counter of the relevant organization to receive the service directly. The staff may record your 6-digit pass number, so please cooperate.
To activate your data SIM, remove it from the package, insert it into your phone, and enter the PIN code provided on the SIM card. The SIM will be activated and usable for 14 days from the activation date.
